Founded on the principle that the consulting field has become overly generalized, Raoul Davis had a vision to put together a consulting firm that offered specialized services that were tailored to fit client’s individual needs. Our team evaluates incoming projects for best fit before beginning the work.
The company offers two signature services; the first one is student development for higher education institutions. Our philosophy is 21st century career leadership can best be improved by engaging students in a learning environment preparing them for the dynamics of 21st century leadership. An article by the Leadership & Organization Development Journal found that many nonprofit, public and private sector managers believe “executives felt colleges and universities should be doing a better job in preparing workers for adaptation into the workforce. Our second service is organization development for nonprofit, public, and private sector entities. We innovate in the areas of employee feedback and participation, improving profit margins, and strategic planning. Our pricing is determined by locality of the university, size of the population trained, type of services requested, the availability of our consultants and length of consultancy. Our rates can vary from $500 + travel for one workshop up to $20,000 for a full-one year retainer which includes Student Enhancement Institute Development, 10 workshops and on call consultancy.
